Online Purchase & Returns

If an item is unsuitable we will happily provide you with a refund or exchange, under the following conditions

a) Item is returned to us within 14 days
b) Item is accompanied with proof of purchase
c) Item is in unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and labels intact, with original packaging.

Late Returns & Exchanges

Returns outside 14 days will only be accepted at the discretion of katiehosking.com.au

Sale item Returns

Returns purchased on Sale are unfortunately not eligible for refund. However we will exchange them subject to availability. If we are unable to exchange for you, we will provide a store credit.

Quality

We make every effort to produce our clothing to an exceptionally high standard using quality fabrics and reliable manufacturing processes. All items are quality checked prior to delivery. Should an item arrive to you in less than perfect condition please contact our customer care immediately so as we can assist you promptly. katiehosking.com.au deems a garment as faulty if it has been delivered to you damaged or with a manufacturing fault, or a manufacturing or workmanship fault has occurred within 1 month of purchase.

Items that incur damaged as a result of "wear & tear" are not considered to be faulty.

When an item is deemed to be faulty katiehosking.com.au will repair faulty items. If an item can not be repaired or replaced you will receive a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note it can take up to 10 business days for funds to show in your account.

Return Instructions

Please download and complete the Online Return Form Please send your completed return form along with your item to the below address. We recommend using a traceable delivery method (we do not take responsibility for the safe delivery of return freight).

Once we receive your return we will promptly process your request.

In-Store Purchases Return Information

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on product purchased in Katie Hosking stores.

SHIPPING RATES

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $100 for delivery within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We will contact you once your order is placed and provide you with an accurate shipping cost based on the weight of your purchase.

katiehosking.com.au uses Star Track Express for all deliveries. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number allowing you to track the status of your delivery.

Hosking Design Co. is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. Hosking Design Co. is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Crh), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future Hosking Design Co. customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information.
